Republicans Simply Have No Idea

Great catch by the former Carpetbagger, noting todays' balance budget amendment conflicts with the earlier Ryan plan vote;

After going through the roll calls, there are 231 GOP House members who voted for the right-wing budget and voted for the constitutional amendment that would have been the right-wing budget impermissible.

In other words, these guys don't know what they're talking about, or, apparently, voting for.
